In the kitchens of most hotels, true culinary delights are created. The chefs conjure up dishes that guests will remember - sometimes for years.
There are two types of kitchens at the Hotel Lamm: one for external guests and one especially for hotel guests. But no matter who they are cooking for, the chefs are true artists in the kitchen.
That is why it is always important to photograph the chefs preparing the wonderful dishes as they work and to show who is behind them. While the chefs are usually very skilful in their work, it is still important to stage them perfectly - with the right light and to disturb them as little as possible in their work.
