We had already done a shoot for Hotel Peter and knew a lot about the restaurant. Nevertheless, for this shoot we asked specific questions about the restaurant and explained what was possible and what special things we could do.
The brief involved presenting the elegance and sophistication that a gourmet restaurant embodies, and using bright, elegant and inviting colours.
This resulted in seven different scenes, including one with the head chef.
